Meet the Team

Mark started in sales in 2010 and has learned every aspect of the business from the ground up. His main focus is developing and growing the company but likes to take a back seat and let the team leaders learn to manage and run the business. He loves helping people grow and develop and also loves the gym and family time.

Kelly came from a sales background and easily progressed into a top performer. She looks after everyone and is a natural leader. Her energy and spark bring positive vibes to the office, she is like a mother figure and natural helper to new people. She loves music and shopping and is a DJ in her spare time.

Manny started with OTM as a young guy with retail experience and a hunger to grow his skillset and income. He quickly became one of the top sales performers and is now involved in sales coaching and team managing. His ambition is to start his own company in the near future, he loves travel and has a passion for personal growth.

Salma started in sales and when an opportunity came to work in the administration side of the business she was the perfect fit. She brings a relaxed and fun vibe to our sometimes hectic work place. She handles pressure very well and works closely with Mark to help the growth and development of OTM Group. Salma loves hip hop and fashion.
